Big fenced garden behind the house. Perfect for children or dogs to go on adventure as it is right next to a beautiful beech forest. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with additional entrance direct from outdoor seating area and garden. A living room with generous seating and views on the horse paddocks. Large dining room with a table for 6-8 people, big windows with view on the horse paddocks. A hall with an office as well and a little bar area. There are toilets on each floor. Bathroom with an Italian shower is on first floor next to bedrooms. Towel warmer. Hair dryer. Iron. Plenty of clothing storage and hanging. High chair and baby cot available. Wi-Fi well suited for working. Private barbecue. Fans in every bedroom. During your stay you will feel close to nature; the sceneries, the sounds, the smells. We have many different kinds of plants, flowers and very old trees in the parc around the castle which dates back to the year 1852 and even earlier. Waterfall.. Horses… Two cats and ducks… If you’re lucky you might see a dear or even a boar… There are several wonderful promenades on the property. It’s the perfect city escape and you will be able to reset your mind. You will find it peaceful, yet easy accessible (only few minutes after getting off the highway A13) with its perfect location for discovering France’s Flower Coast in the Golden Triangle of Calvados. Other things to note - Beds are prepared for you with fresh crispy bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. - You will find coffee and tea in the house. - Golf; there are several golf courses in the area. The closest one is Golf Barrière de Saint Julien, 8km away and you can see the property from the third hole! - Fishing; the river “Touques” is flowing through our property so as a guest you have fishing permission.
