Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a private parking area with room to store a boat trailer and your own entrance into this thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath home featuring: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances – perfect for cooking your catch of the day. A dining area that comfortably seats 4, great for entertaining. A cozy living space with brand-new couches and a smart TV for relaxing evenings. A screened-in lanai with canal views, outdoor seating, shaded lounging, a grill and laundry room access. Whether you’re planning a fishing trip or just want to unwind in paradise, Sea La Vie is the perfect home base! Sleeping arrangements: A king bedroom with a spacious closet and TV A guest bedroom with two twin beds and its own TV. Other things to note Please note a security camera is in place at the front door for your safety. If you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee if you plan to bring a pet.
