House 200 meters from the ski slopes

The "la funivia" apartment is the ideal stay in the exclusive and quiet area of Motta di Sotto. Just 2 km from Madesimo, it is a strategic point for mountain lovers, hikers and in winter it is an excellent solution for skiers, being located just a 2-minute walk from the ski lifts. The apartment is a comfortable studio structured for 4 people, with a full kitchen, private bathroom, terrace with panoramic view, parking and ski storage. Other things to note During the winter period (opening of the “la serenissima” Motta facility), the Madesimo-Motta road is limited to traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guests will still be able to transit for check-in and check-out. During the stay (not check-in or check-out) in case of transit, if guests are stopped by the police officer, they will get a fine (which we do not refund) to transit from Motta to Madesimo or vice versa, the municipality provides a free shuttle (ask me for the times if you need it).
