Located in newly re-developed Turtle Walk in Sherkston Shores Resort! This great 2 bedroom Park model has everything you need, including a view of the Quarry - which means the fireworks show every Saturday night too! Signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival. Renter and occupant names must be provided on the rental agreement and is required by Sherkston Shores for park admission. 2 vehicles are allowed per trailer by the resort. The space Rental includes the following features and use of: •A full Kitchen with Gas Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Rice cooker, cutlery, Kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishes. •Sleeps 8 people •Master bedroom has queen size bed •The second bedroom features a bunk bed(1 double and 1 single) •The living room couch pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. •1 futon converts to double bed •Full size washroom with bathtub •Central Air Conditioning/heat/fan and electric fireplace •Large open concept living room with 50 inch LCD Flat screen Smart TV with Cable and DVD player •Personal high speed internet with Wi-Fi in cottage. •Free resort wide Wi-Fi •Personal Fire pit (firewood available for purchase at resort store) •Large extended deck with view of Quarry •Patio set and BBQ (one tank of propane provided). **All you need to bring is your bedding, extra pillows, towels, toiletries, food and toys/games that you and your family enjoy. Guest access The resort offers daily & nightly entertainment, Saturday evening fireworks and the following amenities: • Two & 1/2 miles of groomed sandy beach • 2 heated swimming pools • A splash pad • 3 water slides • 18 hole mini putt • On site paintball & rock climbing • Boston Pizza • Coin-op laundry • Grocery store Sports courts are available for use at no extra charge (Tennis, basketball, floor hockey, pickleball, skateboard, soccer and volleyball). Guests have full access to the cottage, quarry and beaches. All other park amenities are additional cost charged by Sherkston Shores Resort. *I do not provide passes to the pool and splash area, these can be purchased at the site office. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: Families only. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Golf cart rental is extra. * A minimum rental is required: ~Friday to Monday (3 nights/4days) ~Monday to Friday (4 nights/5 days) ~Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday * Upon rental, a $400 Security Deposit is required which will be refunded when the cottage is seen to be returned to its original rental condition, clean, free of debris and damage. This is also your reservation fee to hold your date for rental. (Security deposit is required to cover any damages or missing items during your stay). Security deposit will be returned after cottage inspection within 72 hours or less. Trailer must be left clean to avoid extra cleaning charges. This resort has something for everyone.
