This hidden oasis is located on Lake Lewisville, in Little Elm , Tx."The Studio," is located on two and a half acres of mature oaks. We offer 135 lineal feet of sandy beach and some incredible sunsets. Shopping: Frisco the cowboy's sport stadium, Legacy west ,Grandview in The Colony , and PGA are close by. Antiquing: downtown Denton or Mckinney Tx. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends. The space "The Studio" offers a fully furnished kitchen. A stove with oven and a Microwave too. Propane gas grill on your private deck .Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Whether its take out or a fully home cooked meal. "The studio" has everything you will need. Complimentary kayaks, canoe, paddle boards and firepit are included. Pac n play, children's toys and high chair available upon request. We have a 30.00 pet fee per pet per booking. Guest access A smart lock for private access. An access code is sent to the guest plus parking instructions. A 30.00 pet fee is charged per pet. Other things to note There are two short term rentals on site. No parties allowed. No noise after 10pm. There are two beach areas and two fire pits. The use of the kayaks,canoes, and paddle boards are for all guests to use. First come first serve. Guest must wear a life vest when using any of the boats. Life vest are provided. Please be respectful of others.
