Complimentary kayaks, canoe, paddle boards and firepit are included. Pac n play, children's toys and high chair available upon request. We have a 20.00 pet fee per pet per booking. Guest access we have a smart lock. An access code will be sent to the guest plus parking instructions. A 30.00 pet fee is charged per pet. Other things to note There are two short term rentals on site. If you are planning an event with a large group of people you must book both rentals. All events must be preapproved in advance. There are two beach areas and two fire pits. The use of the kayaks and canoe are for all guests to use. First come first serve.
