Beaconsfield Village Basement Abode

You are invited to stay in our home's basement abode. It is newly renovated with high ceilings and a big window to the outside world. Rear entrance through the back garden and laneway garage. The basement apartment is fully contained with it's own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The apartment has fast wifi and a TV that is connected to Netflix. All cooking supplies required for your stay. Convenient transit ride to universities and hospitals. The space The suite has it's own kitchen, bathroom, laundry (washer and dryer). We provide all towels, sheets, and duvet. It is a private 700 sq ft basement abode. The ceilings are around 7' high, but you will have to duck under a bulkhead if you are taller than 6' 1"! The space is furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, a new full-size comfy sofa, a double bed, and a Samsung SmartTV with Netflix. Guest access Entry to the suite is via the rear laneway off of Argyle Street, from there you have to walk through our hip garage, past a nice veggie garden, goldfish pond and then down the stairs to the basement. Hosts live upstairs in a separate apartment. Other things to note We have also included an extra heater in the basement so you can control the temperature if it gets too cold. During the winter months, you will be asked to shovel snow and de-ice the basement stairs and path. We will provide you with a snow shovel and de-icing supplies (bundle-up, it can be very snowy in Toronto). You are welcome to build a snowman in the rear garden!
