Resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, plus on-site bike rentals and seasonal deli/store. The space Designed for an easy, stress-free stay: • Smart lock for simple, keyless entry • Beach toys and cart provided • Cable, Netflix, and fast WiFi • Fully stocked kitchen essentials • Shampoo, soap, and basic supplies included Everything you need is here—just bring your swimsuits, beach towels, and sunscreen and enjoy. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo and all resort amenities, including: • 3 pools (including indoor) • Hot tub and sauna • Fitness center and indoor track • Tennis, pickleball, and badminton courts • BBQ and picnic areas • Private beach access via boardwalk Other things to note • 2 vehicle maximum (HOA rules) • No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles • Parking is limited to standard cars in covered areas (no large trucks or oversized SUVs because of garage height) however there is plenty of non covered parking as well! • Shared on-site laundry (credit card operated) • Beach towels are not provided • Monthly pest control service may access the unit briefly (no need to be present) They come through the unit on the third Friday (usually) of the month. They cannot be turned away or it will result in a $50 fine (inspection and/or any treatment takes less than 5 min)
