Mandalay Shores Resort, your coastal home away from home, is steps from a pristine beach and just a short drive from Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. The space Your spacious Two-Bedroom Suite sleeps up to six guests. Bring your family and friends or simply keep the extra space for yourself! Your semi-private patio or balcony is the perfect place to relax boasting light ocean breezes. Note: Units are accessible by stairs only and there are no elevators on property. Units do not have A/C. All units are non-smoking and come with one reserved parking space. Pictures on listing are a representation of the unit and exact unit given may vary. Special requests for view rooms or specific unit numbers cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in. Resort Accessibility: - Accessible Main Entrance and Vehicle Drop-Off for Passengers - Accessible Public Restroom The following can be added to any Guest Room upon request: - Shower/Tub Grab Bars - Bench Seats - Shower Chairs - Toilet Seat Riser - Closed Captioning Television Guest access Unit includes one parking space. Other things to note - Primary guest must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID and credit card to book and check-in. Name on ID must match name on Airbnb profile reservation. Please note that infants do count toward the max number of guests. - A credit card is required at check in for incidentals. A refundable $150 incidental authorization will be taken at check-in. - If you do plan on arriving after hours (Front Desk closes at 5PM), you will need to call the front desk on or before your arrival date at for after-hours instructions and to provide a credit card for incidentals. This is required to be able to check in after hours. - Check in is at 4:00 PM, check out time is 10:00 AM. Front desk hours are 9.30am-5.30pm - Room moves may be required for reservations staying through a Sunday night. If room move is needed, check out is required at 10:00 AM and the new room will be ready at 4:00 PM. - Guests are expected to maintain their suites in a clean and sanitary condition. Suites requiring more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to clean at the end of a use period will be automatically charged an additional fee (up to $150). Any items that need to be repaired or replaced must be report to the Front Desk. - Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. - Please note most units are accessible by stairs only and there are no elevators on property. - Units do not have A/C - Pictures on listing are a representation of the unit and exact unit given may vary slightly, however all 1brs and 2brs have the same layout, flipped right or left. Special requests for view rooms or specific unit numbers cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in. - NO pets. NO parties.
