Other things to note For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience. Please note, although this is part of the Adina Apartments, the unit is a separate entity so please do not contact the reception here for any matters. - The swimming pool is currently under construction until late September. Only the onsite sauna and gym are available at the moment. - Please note that the Rectification works to the pool deck area will begin on 14th August 2025 and are expected to take approximately 5 weeks to complete, with estimated completion date being 19th September 2025 (weather permitting). Work will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect increased noise levels in the vicinity of the pool area during this period, necessary grinding works will take place during the first 2 weeks of this period. - Please note that driveway access to the underground park and ground floor open air car park, will be reduced on Monday, 18th August from 9am to 1pm, while necessary equipment is moved via crane.
