Thus, there is a drop off and pick up area in front of the building. The apartment is located on level 1. - The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal. Other things to note For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience. Please note, although this is part of the Adina Apartments, the unit is a separate entity so please do not contact the reception here for any matters. - The swimming pool is currently under construction until late September. Only the onsite sauna and gym are available at the moment. - Please note that the Rectification works to the pool deck area will begin on 14th August 2025 and are expected to take approximately 5 weeks to complete, with estimated completion date being 19th September 2025 (weather permitting). Work will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect increased noise levels in the vicinity of the pool area during this period, necessary grinding works will take place during the first 2 weeks of this period. - Please note that driveway access to the underground park and ground floor open air car park, will be reduced on Monday, 18th August from 9am to 1pm, while necessary equipment is moved via crane. All reasonable precautions will be taken to reduce the impact to building residents, we seek your patience during this time. Thank you. Extra Services: - Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost. - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost. - Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started - No pets allowed. - This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies).
