Studio unit has a California king sized bed, full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. Plenty of parking, and views of the mountains and meadows of West Red Bluff. Starlink WiFi and access to an enjoining gym included. Location is ideal for mid-term 30 day+ rentals for traveling professionals. Guest access Plenty of parking, and gated property for safety and security. Other things to note Access to a full home gym including a Pelaton, full weights and rack, work out programs on smart TV, elliptical and treadmill...All on 40 acres of beautiful and quiet country side. Dogs, cats and cows are on the property but won't bother you in your Suite. Please keep in mind it is a ranch with livestock and dogs in the event you bring a pet. We also have an RV hook up near the Ranch Suite for an additional $45/night.
