Sunflower is a lovely and spacious 2 bedroom home, 60 meters from the ocean. It has a large front patio with lovely garden views. There is a BBQ. The community pool and beach are steps away. It's a great neighborhood for children and families. The space This is a lovely and spacious 2 bedroom home near the beach, with a large terrace. It shares the community pool 40 meters away. Sunflower sleeps 4 or 5 people (using 1 sofa or a pad). The beach is only 50 meters away. There is lots of room for kids to run around in this tranquil and private community, Baan Talay Thai. Lush gardens surround this home. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms only, but they can be used to keep the living room cool as well. All linens are provided. Mid-week cleaning (once-a-week cleaning on longer stays). Additional housekeeping if desired for an extra fee. There are a few restaurants within 3 kilometers, some will deliver and two will pick you up for meals (when they aren't too busy). There is one new restaurant within walking distance (about 10 minutes away). We sometimes can help with transportation, and have cars and scooters for rent, or taxis can be called. We also can provide transportation from Bangkok by private minivan. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang. The village of Khlong Son is 7 kilometers away and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away. This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road. Please email for any additional information.
