Casa 2 is very unique, it can be rented as a 6 or 8 bedroom if you add on the connecting 2 bedroom Casita (additional $300 per evening fee applies). Casa 1 and 3 are next door for an additional 14 guests (separate listings). Event allowed when renting both homes (separate listing and fee applies). Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 17 guests. Pet fees apply and pets must be disclosed, and pet fees paid, PRIOR to booking. Up to 3 small pets allowed, $150 fee per pet.
