It's all Goode!

This is a private 3 bedroom, sofa bed, 1 bath home all to yourselves, with a spacious yard and a separate fenced in area for your furr babies. The bathroom is set between the two middle bedrooms (Jack-n-Jill style). This is an older home and far from perfect, so it has some quirks and improvements are on the way but it does have all the creature comforts. A park across the street is super convenient for the kids to go burn off some energy. The space This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath(jack-n-jill style) house. There are window a/c units in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The driveway is a circle drive so it is user friendly to Uhauls and such. We have tried to provide a pleasant comfortable space for our guest. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking desires including basics like spices, sugar, coffee and some breakfast items. There is a separate fenced in area for animals NOT attached to house. Guest access Access to home is keyless entry and code will be provided on day of check-in. I do want to note that the doors automatically lock as long as the latch stays in the horizontal position. Once you enter your code and go inside and shut the door they are locked to anyone outside but for those inside the doors can be opened without a code. The point to remember is that the latch on the inside of the door below handle remains horizontal which is the locked position. If you would like to keep doors unlocked then turn the latch vertical. We have had some confusion on how the doors work so if you run into any issues or questions about this please contact us. Other things to note The space is a work in progress, and we have made many improvements with more to come. We have our list, and each year, we do a little more. With that in mind if you are looking for fancy we are not it, but we offer a clean space with creature comforts for you and your pets without the extra pricing, no pet fees our rate is our rate and what you see is what you get.
