Our BEACHFRONT home is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Wake up to stunning sunrises unwind with breathtaking sunsets and take in endless ocean views from the comfort of our living rooms floor-to-ceiling windows Just steps from the sand you can sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. 🌟 Please note Our patio is temporarily unavailable while the HOA replaces poles Beach access remains open just not directly from the patio. The space Romantic Beach~Oceanfront Escape: ROMANCE is in the air and our home is a perfect place to RELAX and UNWIND. Decorated with a beach vibe, our adorironach patio chairs are perfect for reading, watching, and listening to the waves. Pour your favorite glass of wine or cup of coffee and take in the HEALING ambiance of the OCEAN. Cuddle up next to the fire and enjoy amazing ocean views from the large windows. Enjoy bird watching, and occasional dolphins, seals, and whales swimming by. Our epic sunset and sunrise are beautiful you will not want to miss either one. Our home is in the perfect location for REMOTE beach walks, where you are the only one on the beach. Stargazing at night, the sound of the waves, and enjoying a warm fire on the beach or from the wood-burning fireplace in our home are makings of a great vacation. Our home can sleep a minimum of 4 people with two queen beds one in the bedroom and the other one a murphy bed in the living room. Walk-in shower, washer-dryer, 55in TV in the living room, and TV in the bedroom, well-stocked kitchen with basic needs everything you need for a great vacation. Our home is located in a well-sought-after Pajaro Dunes Resort on the Pelican side. Enjoy bird watching at the mouth of the Pajaro river that flows into the ocean.  Pajaro Dunes Resort is in a SECLUDED, gated community with 24-7 security. You have full access to the resort homeowner’s AMENITIES; tennis, racketball basketball courts, horseshoe, volleyball, etc. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, flatware, utensils, pots, and pans for cooking, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap, sponges, etc. Basic spices for cooking, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. There is a Safeway/Nob Hill, and Target about 15 minutes away so be sure to stop prior to arrival. Afternoons can get windy so pack a lightweight jacket. EASY ACCESS AND FREE GUEST PARKING. Every day is different at the ocean, some days you will find lots of shells, and sand dollars, just come to REST, RELAX, and ENJOY! Pets are not permitted. Sorry, Due to my allergies we can not have pets in our home. Thanks so much for understanding. Pajaro Dunes has a no-smoking policy. The home is a nonsmoking home. However, there are some areas where smoking is allowed near the parking lot. We are around so feel free to message us with any questions. This is our happy place. Other things to note Patio & Beach Access Update Please note that access to the beach from our patio is temporarily unavailable due to the Pajaro Dunes HOA replacing some major poles. As a result, the patio itself is not available during this time. Beach access is still fully available—just not directly from our patio.
