(**First and foremost, have the confidence to know our home is thoroughly cleaned wiped down by our beloved cleaning lady after each and every stay with Lysol and Clorox brand disinfectants, including of course each and every touch point throughout the house, all door handles, window hardware, kitchen handles, you name it, will have been sprayed and wiped down before you enjoy your stay!**) Gorgeous, quaint and cozy 3,000 sq. ft. home that feels like a bed & breakfast with 4 bedrooms each spread far apart, 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, dining room, fireplace, living room, secluded backyard with heated pool, hot tub, outdoor dining & BBQ. (Note we charge extra to heat the pool/hot tub, and charge for BBQ cleaning if not done properly by guests, ask for details.) BEDROOMS 3 large bedrooms upstairs each with it's own attached full bathroom and 1 bedroom/den/office with pullout queen sofa bed next to the powder room downstairs (or double height AeroBed if you would prefer, just let us know ahead of time.) The master bedroom has a new comfortable organic cotton king bed and the master bathroom is like a modern spa with a contour soaking tub, and a huge shower with a rain shower head, and multi-function shower head. The first guest bedroom has one new organic cotton queen bed that comfortably sleeps 2. We also have a convertible crib set up for an infant and toddler. This room also has an attached bathroom with newly renovated shower. Our second guest bedroom is huge and has 2 queen beds, blackout curtains, and a desk. This has a nice view of the pool and backyard. This guest bathroom has a full shower with a multi-function shower head. The downstairs bedroom/den/office is private with dark velvet curtains. It has a cozy fireplace and sofa with brand new comfortable pullout queen bed. We can fully set up this bed with linens & pillows upon request, or do the same for the AeroBed. OUTSIDE Relax poolside in our charming private backyard. Large refreshing pool. Outdoor kitchen with stainless BBQ. Enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner in the outdoor dining area. Our hammock in the front yard is perfect for napping in the warm sun! It's so relaxing. Heating for pool or hot tub is an additional fee. *SAFETY * Our house has security cameras located on the perimeter as well as brand new hard wired smoke detectors as well as carbon monoxide detectors. We are not liable for any personal injuries on our property. No Parties - maximum occupancy 12 people at all times. Guest access The entire house except garage and 1 upstairs closets, where we store personal belongings. Other things to note This area is filled with Celebs and Hollywood History. Ronald Regan lived in the apartments down the street. Sunset Plaza was called the "Celebrity Playground" back in the 50's where Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra would hang out at the famous Trocadero and Ciro's.
