SunBelievable is a breathtaking 3-story home in the heart of Crystal Beach. This 8 bedroom & 6.5 bath home is sure to "WOW" you, from it's spacious rooms, game room packed with fun, amazing balconies with beach views, to the incredible outdoor space - there's not much more you could ask for in a Destin getaway! The search stops here, our place is truly "Sun-Believable"! • We do offer golf cart rentals & pool/spa heating, but these amenities are NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates. • We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, but unfortunately do not have adequate space for any RV's, boats, box trucks, or trailers. • We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We can be reached most times of the day through the booking platform message thread, but ask for no late night contact - we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise! • All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. We supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay. • We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify us BEFORE booking as additional requirements apply. All student guests must sign student agreement & bring $100 cash per person at time of check in for refundable security deposit. Booking without prior approval is grounds for eviction without refund. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • Pets must be approved in advance. • A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state. • Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. • No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. • If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation. • We do NOT include pool/spa heating in your stay, and the pool heater must not be tampered with at any time. The spa is NOT a hot tub so it will not be warm unless you have paid for & allowed the pool company to turn on this amenity. If you desire this amenity, please inquire about pricing. Extreme damage can be caused by improper use of the heater, as it must be turned on only by our professional pool company. Any tampering by a guest to the pool heater/temperature of the pool will result in a full charge of your entire security deposit. No exceptions. • Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. • Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25. • Private pool is used by registered guests only.
