Our guest suite offers a full kitchen, cozy living area, bedroom and full bath with a private patio. Local attractions include Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Derby Museum. Louisville Slugger Museum, Kentucky Bourbon Trail, local city eats, 4th Street Live, horse farms, hiking, waterfalls, parks, shopping, local arts, and much more! The space We've renovated our basement to be a cozy, separate guest suite with everything you need for a beautiful stay in Kentucky. With a full kitchen and a private patio, you'll enjoy your time in your private space as much as you'll enjoy all the excitement Louisville has to offer. From horse racing to bourbon trail and delicious local city eats, Louisville has something for everyone! Guest access Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and you'll park and access your private guest suite at the back of the house. The patio will be a beautiful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or wine during your stay. You are more than welcome to use our fire pit, just let us know so we can set it up for you and provide kindling, a lighter and turn on the string lights for you :) Other things to note We do have kids and 2 small dogs but our house is overall, pretty quiet and pups are tucked away upstairs when we have visitors :) P.S. Our dogs are not allowed in the guest suite. P.P.S. If you have read past guest reviews that mention our chickens; turns out, city life was not for them so they have moved to a farm in the country and are no longer a feature on our property.
