* NO CLEANING FEE* This is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath one story home with plenty of room to roam on the 1.25 acres of wooded property. This is a rustic furnished cabin with hot tub, gas fire place, fire pit in the back of the property and all the amenities for you to have a comfortable stay. Garden tub in the master bathroom for a nice relaxing time if you come without kids. 5 minute drive to Murphy, The Folk School, McGuires Farm and the Tri County Race Track. Its a 10-12 minute ride to the Casino. The space Its a nice quiet place. 1 story so no stairs to climb except to the front porch and the front door. Its quiet and peaceful. Light the gas fireplace and enjoy the night. You can even go out to the firepit to enjoy a real fire to roast marshmellows or hot dogs or soak in the new hot tub on the screen in porch Guest access We have a driveway that would fit 2 cars. We dont mind if you park in the grass if you need to. We can accommodate to park a trailer in the grass if you are coming to ride motorcycles on the Tail of the Dragon. Other things to note We are a 5 minute drive to the John C Campbell Folk School. We are also just a 7 minute drive away from McGuires Millrace Farm. Are you coming in to go to the Casino? That is just a 10-12 minute drive.
