The space The Sanctuary is a detached unit behind a main house and is completely fenced in (6 foot fence) for full privacy. Access to our secluded unit is through our alley way demarked with a directional hand painted Sign “Just Breath" Alley Way (shown in listing pictures). Park in the private driveway in front of the house. Enjoy easy self check-in using the keypad on the door. Your tranquil, newly remodeled studio awaits you with a comfortable queen-sized bed, galley-style kitchen with microwave, full sink, fridge and electric stove. Full bathroom with standup shower. Pet friendly with private fenced in back-yard to sit and enjoy the sun or relax in the evening under the bistro lights. Guest access Private detached studio. The unit offers guests driveway parking (1 car) and a private fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating. Other things to note A gated fence in the backyard remains closed; however, if you are traveling with a larger party and require an additional unit - please check our Flip Flop Inn Listing - as the gate can be opened and adjoined to the backyard of the front property to provide direct access between the main house (Flip Flop Inn) and the stuido (The Sanctuary).
