This unique getaway is wonderful place for a special family or corporate retreat, or wedding. You will feel like you've been transported to Italy. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave the property. (Note: separate fee charged for events.) Our property has lots of steps and moderately sloped roads and paths that crisscross the 41 acres. At present it is not wheelchair accessible. The roads are paved all the way to our gated entrance. The closest grocery store and other amenities are a twenty minute drive from the property. Grocery delivery services are available. Guest access For eight and fewer guests, guests will have access to just the Main House, vineyard, and river. For guest counts greater than eight, you will also have access to the Guest House higher up the hill. Other things to note We ask our guests to minimize bringing store bought plastic disposable water bottles. The filtered water from our well both at the tap and in the refrigerator door is tested annually. The plastic water bottles are NOT recyclable in our community and contribute to a pile up of unnecessary trash. Also we discourage guests from bringing paper plates and plastic utensils. There are more than enough plate and flatware settings. The kitchen in the main house has two dishwashers.
