The Motel is attached to the iconic Mooney's Sunset Bar and Grill 21 and over only located on Grand Lake. Every balcony is lake sunset views. This is not your quiet getaway. The bar has live music on weekends and does not close until 2am. This is a great place to have a few drinks listen to music and then walk up the stairs and go to bed. The space There are no common areas inside hotel Guest access This room is up stairs. Boat dock is NOT included in motel rental. Prior arrangements need to be elsewhere made for overnight boat docking. If you have a boat check with Cedar Port Marina next door for a weekend or temporary slip. Other things to note Owners Clint and Jessica (Jess) live here full time. Jess loves to feed the catfish and turtles off the balcony every morning (when it's quiet). You can catch them in the bar or on the patio helping the Mooney's crew, visiting with customers/guests or supporting the live music. They LOVE this place and are very happy to share their Happy Place on the lake with you! Attached bar and grill has live music every weekend. This is NOT a quiet getaway. Noise level is HIGH during bar operating hours. THERE IS NO DOCK ACCESS FOR GUESTS. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ELSEWHERE FOR BOATS.
