This charming villa is located in a peaceful area of Cape Coral, overlooking Arrow Head Lake. With 140 sqm of space, it accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bright, welcoming interiors include a modern kitchen with a bar, equipped with top appliances and granite countertops. The living room features a large couch, 55-inch 4K TV, and sound system. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the spacious pool area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. The space Electricity is not included in the rental price and is billed according to consumption and collected on site at check-out. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay. The furnishings are bright and friendly and have every comfort. The kitchen with integrated bar is equipped with modern kitchen appliances and granite work surfaces. The living room has a large leather couch and a 55 inch 4K TV with sound system and a Blueray player. The large sliding glass doors in the living room lead you directly out onto the terrace and the large pool area. The terrace, pool and garden face south. Enjoy the Florida sun all day, surrounded by beautiful palm trees! There are 4 sun loungers and a gas grill ready for you and your fellow travelers. In the master bedroom you will find a king-size bed and a 49 inch 4K TV that is mounted on the wall. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate (separate) toilet. On the other side of the house are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom also has a large king-size bed and a 40-inch smart TV. The second guest bedroom has two single beds. There is also the guest bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower and through which you can go directly to the terrace or pool. High speed internet is available on the entire property. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler bag and even a few fishing rods are at your disposal. 2 kayaks, bicycles at your own risk, GPS and golf bags are included. You can rent a boat with this villa, even if it does not have a jetty. We have jetties in the Yacht Club area and in Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and moor it there on the lift again in the evening. You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking property management team.
