This nicely decorated private suite is located in my home where I live full time, with a private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Parking is at your own risk. Walking distance to Portland Museum of Art, Downtown Arts District, Old Port (.7 miles), ,Victoria Mansion, State Theater, Cross Insurance Arena and dozens of bars and restaurants. Reservations are limited to two people with no exceptions. License STHR-003027-2021 The space This is a private suite with a bedroom, living room, full bath (with a washer and dryer) and a pantry kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator/freezer. There is no sink or stove. I provide coffee, tea, sweeteners and half and half. Guest access Guests have access to their private unit and the garden that is shared with other building tenants. Other things to note Reservations are limited to two people. Guests can be of any age, but not more than two people per reservation. This is my standard rule and I do not make exceptions in an effort to be fair to everyone.
