With panoramic views and laid-back desert energy, it’s a well-loved home that invites guests to slow down and unwind. Room 3 has its own entrance from the covered patio, a private bathroom, and a queen bed with cozy linens. It’s simple, comfortable, and full of natural light. Guests also have shared use of the kitchen, dining area, great room with fireplace, outdoor patios, firepit, and pool. Lounge in a hammock, watch the sunset glow over the mountains, or enjoy stargazing under the clear desert sky. Guest access Guests have private access to Room 3 and its attached bathroom. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining area, living room, patio, pool, and firepit areas. Free parking and EV charging are available on-site. During your stay It's self check-in but we are available if needed during your stay. Other things to note Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee, as propane is very costly in the desert. Please inquire before booking if you’d like the pool or spa heated. The spa heating is $75 for 4 hours. Pool heating is $250 per day. This covers the actual cost of the fuel needed to heat it. Note: Heating cannot be guaranteed, and we’re unable to offer discounts if the heater isn’t working during your stay. Pets are not permitted Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM Parties and events are not allowed Smoking only permitted outdoors Please respect shared spaces and neighbors Wildlife You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyotes and other desert creature.
