The house has been updated to perfection. Walk to shops, restaurants and breweries, or sit and sip coffee on the front porch enjoying the quiet tree-lined neighborhood. Everything you need is in our spotless, simple, comfortable home. 45 min to Rocky Mtn Ntl Park, 20 min to Pearl Street Boulder, location can't be beat! The space Our place has everything you need - Nespresso Machine and a great drip coffee maker (did I mention we love coffee?) Washer, Dryer, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, even a piano made the same year the house was built (1898!). And check out some of the historic Longmont photos! We take great care to make sure the place is comfortable and spotless for our guests. We clean like crazy, washing all bedding, duvet covers, bath rugs, etc. and sanitizing all surfaces between guests. We even diffuse lemon oil for an extra refreshing clean! When you get here, the place will be ready for you to feel like you are the first people to stay here. Guest access You will have full use of the house, off-street parking, washer-dryer, lots of towels, shampoo, everything you need! Other things to note We have two bathrooms - one has a regular shower, and one has a tub. The tub is a wonderful old clawfoot tub, in which you can sit down and use a hand shower, which is amazing and a decadent treat. There is only one "stand up" shower.
