Historic Old Hyde Park Carriage House

HYDE PARK Carriage House, located behind our 1920's restored bungalow, is a second story, one bedroom apt with living room, bath (tub and shower), kitchen, deck, and off- street parking for one car. It is 1 1/2 miles from DOWNTOWN TAMPA, 1 mile to UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA, 4 blocks to HYDE PARK VILLAGE (restaurants, shops, a theater) and 3 blocks to Bayshore Blvd. We are 1 mile from Tampa's SOHO district. We are .7 miles to TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL and 1 mile to HCA South Tampa HOSPITAL. The space The carriage house is in a private enclosed courtyard in the rear of our home. It has one bedroom, a bath (with tub and shower), a living room, kitchen, and deck. There is dedicated parking for one car. A washing machine and a dryer for use by guests are located in the garage below the living room and laundry liquid is provided. There is a TV in the bedroom with Roku and a cable TV in the living room as well as internet from Frontier. The A/C is a split system with individual controls for the living room and bedroom. We are within a few blocks of restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Guest access The carriage house is in rear of the Historic home of the owner and has an off- street parking spot next to it. There is a gate in the fence that provides entrance into the back courtyard. The apartment door is the middle of three doors. There is a lockbox next to the door with the key. The code is changed for each new guest, and we will provide guests with the new code before arrival. There is a dedicated washing machine and a dryer located in the garage on the north side. The key to the garage is hanging on the wall in the apartment entry way. Washing liquid is provided. Other things to note Check in is 4:00 and Check out is 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in advance.
