The space You will instantly feel welcome at the Sundance Hill Retreat. Walk into a spacious 3,800+ Sqft, beautiful getaway house with large windows throughout that bathe the space in natural light. By day you can enjoy peekaboo lake views & mountains, stunning sunsets and at night watch the lights twinkle in Coeur D’Alene. A designated office with super fast WiFi with a mesh system is perfect for executives or students. Guests can choose from three cozy living spaces to have good conversation, play games, watch TV, read, or simply relax. There is also a Billiard room with a beautiful professional slate pool table. A brand new 65" smart 4k TV great for movies can be found downstairs. Choosing which of the 5 bedrooms to sleep in will be fun for all. The upstairs Master Suite includes its own bathroom with luxurious heated floors and a large walk-in shower. (Bedding for a full-size bed is available upon request in the upstairs office.) Downstairs there is a 2nd Master Bedroom we call the Moose Room with king bed; a 3rd room with a Queen bed named the Stained Glass Room; the Pendleton Room is our 4th room with a Queen bed; and the 5th room with two twin beds is the Adventure Room. The downstairs bathroom has a separate double sink area and a large jetted tub with shower. Preparing food and making special memories is easy in the beautiful gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of counter space and you will find it stocked with everything you need. Just bring your own food & spices. Indoors there is the beautiful dining table that seats all the family & friends, plus the casual kitchen table and bar seating to give you even more options. Outside you will find 2 deck areas or the downstairs a patio to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. A welcome goodie basket will greet you along with a basket full of local brochures, maps & information. Wake up the first morning to fresh ground coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. A variety of instant oatmeal is available for breakfast. Amenities like Washer, Dryer, Laundry Soap, Ironing board & Iron, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner & body wash will make your stay easy. A Weber BBQ, charcoal & lighter are provided for outdoor cooking. A propane fire pit and outdoor seating is perfect for evening gatherings. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets & convinces of home to make your cooking a joy. A set of dishes for indoor dining and a set of melamine plastic wear is provided for the outdoor spaces. And of course all the linens, blankets and towels you will need. For fun, you will find puzzles, games, and books: all to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Private free parking for up to eight vehicles is a bonus. There is even room for a boat! Guest access When you rent the Sundance Hill Retreat, you will have access to the entire house, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room & laundry room. Outside you have a front upper deck, huge side decks, front patio and large front lawn, side yard, and large private parking area.
