A quiet 3 acre small homestead, less than one mile from Oxford Kroger. If you like to sit back in the country and get away, this may be the place for you. If you ever wanted to pet a cow or play with baby goats, this may be the place for you. If you like a resident cat to curl up in your bed, this may be the place for you. If you like farm fresh eggs in the morning, this may be your place. *This booking is not for anyone with pet allergies or hay allergies* The space The house is a 2,600 square foot home with five bedrooms. Guests are welcome to use the three bedrooms with queen and king size beds. Additional guests can be added for a small fee - with the knowledge that they will be sleeping in kids bedrooms with twin beds, on floors, or on couches. There are two bathrooms on the first floor which are open to be used as well as dining room, living room, seating room, kitchen, back yard, and mini petting zoo. The house is not proofed for small children - it is perfectly suitable for children over the age of 6 who do not go into cabinets or enter animal pens. If you are looking to rent only one private room while visiting your student, please reach out. I also do individual one bedroom stays depending on the dates. Mini petting zoo: the mini petting zoo consists of chickens, goats, and mini cows. Feel free to message if you would like more details. Note: Someone will come on the property to tend to the animals twice a day for approximately 10 minutes a visit. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property on a rural country road. You can park in the gravel driveway and fit plenty of cars. You can enter at your own leisure and I can often accommodate different check in and out times.
