Recently renovated and well-appointed, this home has everything you’ll need for short or long-term stays. A great home-base for all adventures, just 20 min from Camden/Belfast (90 min to Acadia Nat'l Park). The space You get the full house and 2 acres of surrounding private land. The house has 2-bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms (including a jacuzzi tub in the master bath), an open kitchen area with a large eat-at island and bar stools, separate dining area, and living room. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and kitchenware needed to cook your own meals - including lobster cook-outs. Large 2nd bathroom offers full-sized washer & dryer behind folding closet doors. Living space is on second story, guests will enter via basement, which also offers a large additional open rec room perfect for gear, skis, bikes, or for kids to run around and get their energy out! Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, side basement room, yard, and 2-acre lot. The house is clean, uncluttered, with ample space for 4 people or families. Drive in basement portion is not available for guest use, however, the driveway offers space for 2+ cars and there is a side room in the basement for bikes and workout gear. This is a private residence with no other guests staying on site or accessing the property. We nearby and available should you need anything. Other things to note This is a pet-free, non-smoking residence. We will consider exceptions for non-shedding small dogs on a case-by-case basis.
