Welcome to your newly renovated cozy modern farmhouse apartment. It is bright, airy and welcoming. There is a large bedroom with an queen bed and an oversized closet. The kitchen is clean and simple with granite countertops. The living room is open and spacious. Enjoy a soothing jacuzzi tub soak while the jets relax muscles relax in the multiple jets. There is a dedicated washer and dryer. This apartment is attached to the house but there is no shared indoor space. We have an extra bed that can be set up if needed. Just let us know if you need it so we can set it up for you. All pets need to be preapproved with a signed pet contract. There is a $500 fee for each unapproved pet. Clients that bring a pet or pets agree to the contract and a $25/per pet per day fee. Owner agrees to pick up after their pets and be responsible for all pet damages.
