Serenity Bay on Lake Hartwell is a lakefront getaway, with comfort and relaxation in mind. Located on a quiet, family friendly cove, with clear, calm, deep water and direct access to enjoy a peaceful day on the lake! We are conveniently located 20 minutes from beautiful Anderson, South Carolina where you will find trendy shopping and big chain restaurants. Clemson University fans, no worries! Also, only 20 minutes. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, your boat, jet ski or camper! The space The LANDING over the lake is perfect for relaxing, fishing or family fun in the bay with steps leading directly into the water! Grab a kayak or your water toys and enjoy! PLEASE NOTE ***we do not have a traditional dock, only a landing with direct water access.*** This home is ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway and fun on the lake! Please respect our neighbors, no loud, unnecessary noises. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. -Calm spaces (remember that novel you never have the time to start?......this is a great place to read it). Also great location to relax and enjoy all the sounds of nature. -Two kayaks, water floats and life jackets provided for use. -While we do provide Wifi we are in a rural area where traditional wifi is not available. You may experience delays or interruptions. -Private outdoor spaces for peaceful lake exploring, fishing, bird watching, water activities, sipping wine and making s'mores around the firepit. **Firewood not included, but typically onsite.** -Gas Grill on property. -Corn Hole and various indoor games. -NO PARTIES, NO DRUGS -NO SMOKING of any kind indoors (includes vaping) -Funiture is as shown! -Home is a classic ranch, not a new build. Other things to note - Please respect our neighbors, no loud, unnecessary noises. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. -Serenity Bay is under surveillance 24hrs a day. - ALL overnight GUESTS must be on the reservation. No exceptions! -Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started, however we DO NOT replenish these items during your stay, so be prepared to purchase additional toiletries according to your needs/usage. - One Wash cloth, Body Towel and white SPA towel are provided per person. We DO NOT provide extra towels for off property .excursions like tubing, hiking or swimming. -Bed linens will vary from photos but are of same quality; soft and firm pillows are provided, however we encourage you to bring your favorite personal pillow for added comfort.
