The space The guest rooms are located in a quiet residential area close to major tourist and shopping areas such as Ikebukuro, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, Ginza and Shinjuku. The guest rooms are located on the first and first floors of the building. The guest rooms are decorated in a natural, cosy style with wide, well-lit windows and curtains with blackout and fire protection features for your comfort. The rooms are composed with your needs in mind, from the smallest detail to the interior design, so that you can relax and enjoy your trip. If such behaviour is deemed malicious, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. In the unlikely event that vomiting renders a room or item unusable, you will be charged an additional replacement cost in addition to the special cleaning fee. Please keep the volume at the same level as in a standard hotel, taking into account the neighbourhood.
