You can simply walk from your holiday home to the sandy beach, which is flat and soft. You can fish for perch in the harbour and there is a barbecue area in Ivöklack. You can also play minigolf and hire a sauna at Ivö Camping. There is good shopping in Kristianstad and a wide selection of restaurants. Visit Bäckaskog Castle in the neighbourhood. 11 km to the mountain Vångabacken, which offers three different slopes in winter and where there is a snow cannon.
