Lake George private waterfront property

Sleeps 8 adults and 2 children or 6 adults and 4 children. Master suite with propane fireplace and sun room(3 season- not winterized) off of it that has 2 futons in it, one queen room and one room with 2 sets of single bunk beds(top bunks 125 pound max). Great east shore property with stunning sunset view and lovely screened-in porch. Perfect for family dinners. Boat dock with great sundeck! SHEETS/TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. The space Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Chef owned, plenty of cooking equipment! Beautiful fireplace and lots of family games. Deck with large Weber grill. Strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house as well as in the screened in porch. Designated smoking area on driveway with safety ashtrays. No pets allowed. Sheets and bath towels not provided. Guest access 30 steps to boat house equipped with canoe and 2 stand-up paddle boards. Please use the life vests! Owner's boat is in the boathouse but not included with rental. Lake George water is crystal clear and perfect for shallow and deep water swimming as well as fishing. Please be careful when you use the canoe and paddleboards! Other things to note House is on septic. There is a great water filtration system so it is safe to drink from faucets, but please be environmentally friendly and conserve water! NO pets allowed. Room air conditioners only. No central air. Air conditioning usually not needed due to the cool Adirondack breeze off of the lake. Large fans in rooms that do not have air conditioners in them.
