Loft Condo B208 has two levels with an open space room (there are no bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the top level, you will have one queen size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, (not recommended for adults). The space On the main level, you have a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cookware, and silverware. Our loft units also offer Smart TV and DVD players, a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric BBQ. Sleeps 2-4. Sofa beds are not recommended for adults. Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48-unit condominium complex offers you great mountain and forest views and an excellent location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations: studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guest access Sorry, there are no early check-ins, late checkouts, or dropping things off. The unit will be ready for you by 4 o'clock, you may arrive anytime after 4 o'clock. You may depart anytime before 10 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM. We use the last four digits of your telephone number as your entry code to access the condo. Other things to note You may use the touchtone phone inside the unit for any assistance or questions during your stay :) No cancellations due to weather, rain, snow, or shine, the Park is open all year long, so you would need to be prepared for all weather conditions.
