It is within approx 5-7 mins from OSU, Columbus State Univ, State Fairgrounds, Ohio Health Stadium, parks, malls and CMH John Glenn Airport. it is on a busy residential/commercial street where CPD and CFD drag race! But expect some noise and assorted folks mulling about. their assorted ways. The space is home of business/ fitness service "Healthy Soul Fitness" turned Airbnb. The fitness equipment is still there for Airbnb guests to use freely. It is located on a relatively busy urban street - there will be some city vibes there. The serial-entrepreneur (Gail) conducts most business off-site now but occasionally stops by - with advanced notice. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath, full kitchen a livingroom with a small desk/ workstation and a mirrored workout area for Airbnb guests to kick back or kick box in one place. Lol! It is in a multicultural, economically up and coming area of Columbus Ohio. it is on a busyresidential/commercial street. So there will be assorted people mulling about. CPD and CFD often uses this street to get to and fro the city without apology -- so there will be sirens there will be noise. The backyard is fenced in and has fruit trees gifting during the summer. Grilling outback is fine. There is off-street parking out back outside of the fence. Parking & backyard are shared with guest(s) next door. Guests have 2 off-street parking spaces available to use in back of the home. There is additional free on-street parking out front or side streets. There is self check-in and lots of privacy. Although occasionally Host may be at the property after giving advanced notice. I am available to guests if there are any questions, concerns or needs. Welcome to the mix. Many open minded awesome professionals, individuals and families have enjoyed their stays and are always welcome here. It is centrally located to so many main attractions, events and Columbus travel points. Own vehicle, car services, city busses, city bikes and city scooters are options here to get around.
