Our cleaning service charges an additional $300 fee if pet hair is found as linens need to be sent out for special cleaning. Please note that while we strive to provide adequate consumables (paper towels, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, etc), we are not able to drop off items if you run out (or if the cleaning service forgets to leave extras) so you may have to purchase additional items for your stay (the co-op is just across the river trail and there are pharmacies and shopping centers close). Also note that the driveway is shared with another unit, please do not park in the drive if another vehicle is in the drive. Guest access The neighborhood is very walkable.
