House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach). At night you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Smart home by Nest. Linens/towels/paper goods are not included. A NON-SMOKING home. The kitchen has all the dinnerware, cutlery, serving dishes, glasses, pots and pans, mixing bowls, a blender, etc. that you could ever need! Washer and dryer in the 1st floor closet. Games and books in living room. One covered front porch with sofa and chairs. We provide comforters and blankets but NOT sheets or towels. You can either bring your own or rent them from the list of companies listed in "Other Details to Note". You will need to bring all your own paper goods (i.e. toilet paper, paper napkins and paper towels/kitchen towels). Cerifications are required for service dogs. A baby highchair is in the downstairs beach closet along with beach chairs. One outdoor shower downstairs. Guest access You have full access to our home with the exception of one locked closet. Please leave it alone...don’t worry there are closets available to you in all the bedrooms. Other things to note Reminder, we do not provide sheets and towels (bath or kitchen), nor paper goods (i.e. paper towels and toilet paper). We DO NOT allow smoking on the 2nd level of the house. There is a $500 smoke removal service fee if renters break our no smoking policy. Overcrowding is not allowed, subject to termination of rental. Guest access The whole house, 1500 Sq Ft.
