Unique Apartment in Traditional Downtown Lisbon

This elegant and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a fully renovated kitchen lies in the heart of the lively Bairro Alto neighborhood, in Lisbon’s city center. It is located in an early 19th century building which has been restored while keeping much of its original charm and features, such as its wood arches and traditional Lisbon façade with stone window frames and forged steel guardrails. The space This fully furnished apartment was recently renovated merging a unique traditional style with comfortable and modern decor. - The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, induction stove, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine - The living room, decorated with wood and plaster friezes, has a flat screen smart tv, comfortable sofa, a stone bar table, as well as a street facing stone balcony with forged steel guardrail. - Two rooms: a double room decorated with wood and plaster friezes and equipped with a queen size bed and a twin room with bunk beds. - Fully equipped bathroom with double lavatory, walk-in shower, towel heater, hairdryer and a safe lock box. - This apartment has reversible AC unit in the living room and both bedrooms. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment and common staircase. Other things to note Sheets, duvets, one body towel per person and one face towel, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If you stay more than 4 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels will be provided. If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance as we can provide a baby cot, high chair and some utensils and toys, free of charge. We also provide the following amenities: shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar and detergent for washing the dishes. In Lisbon, tap water is drinkable. We are regulated by the same laws applied to Hotels/Tourism in Portugal and therefore SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) legally requires information, in the same way, that all hotels will require a passport or any other form of identification, the identification number, date of birth and nationality of each guest. Since we don't have reception and we don't have members present at the property, we have a secure online check-in system that you must complete before your arrival. It is also important that you know that our street is closed to drivers who do not have authorization to access the area. Only taxis and residents can enter by car (UBERS are not allowed to enter). To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. A 150€ fine may be applied in case of non-compliance. Registration Details 83750/AL
