Two sets of sliding doors connect to an expansive deck fully equipped with comfortable oversized seating, a shade umbrella and dining table with ample seats for the whole crew. The space Beyond the patio is a landscaped, fully fenced back yard, ready for all the lawn games. Conveniently located less than two miles from downtown, enjoy a quiet walk to Pioneer Park for Pickleball and birdwatching at the Aviary, a tour of Whitman College, a home base for scenic biking routes, and all the shops and tasting rooms Walla Walla has to offer. Off the kitchen you will have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer, additional half-bathroom and entry to the attached two-car garage. Down the hall from the open living space find two well-appointed bedrooms with a plush queen bed in each and the main full bathroom. A separate TV room is perfect to watch movies, catch up on e-mail or enjoy a good book, complete with a futon/couch that converts to a full-size bed for additional sleeping space (1 adult or 2 kids). The oversized master bedroom features a king bed, a spacious master bathroom and separate access to the back patio, perfect to catch the morning sunrise.
