Welcome to our "Stella di Mare"! A delightful basement apartment just 20 meters from the beach, immersed in a condominium pine forest perfect for relaxing and enjoying some relaxation. For your outdoor lunches and dinners, or even just to read a book, we thought we'd offer you an outdoor table. And to explore the area, you will find two bicycles at your disposal. Street parking is free and without time limits. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with fans. Here's how it's organized: - living area with equipped kitchen (induction stoves, fridge, freezer, ventilated oven, "Bialetti Gioia" espresso coffee machine, dining table, double bed, Smart TV and washing machine); - disengagement; - double bedroom with the possibility of adding a children's bed, wardrobe closet and Smart TV; - full bathroom with shower. You will find a bike and pedestrian path that will take you directly to the town center. We are happy to welcome well-behaved pets. Utilities and final cleaning are included in the price.
