We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. One pet considered up to 40lb well-trained, non-shedding (no puppies or cats). Our office must approve it before you arrive. Upon approval, a $150 per pet non-refundable pet fee is due before you come. The fee will be added if you still need to get on your reservation. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be good to go to bring your pet. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II, and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 4 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
