A room of 18 m², on the 4th floor (no elevator), on a 450 m² plateau divided into 14 workshops, for residences of artists, students, researchers and URBEX travelers. It consists of 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The mattress is covered with a clean sheet, pillows, sheets, blankets and bath towels are provided (All not ironed. !!! ;-). The room also has a large work table, 2 chairs, and a storage dresser. -------------------- On the other hand, if you are open and caring, we will spoil you and let you discover the hidden corners of the place and the surrounding sites, with an exceptional 360° view in private mode. -------------------- Additional charges: Breakfast is offered at 7€/pers. (December-March), it is cold in the building, in the hallways and in the toilets. Only the bedrooms and vital common areas are heated, so prepare accordingly. We're in "Warriors" mode. The heating in the rooms is with oil stoves (laser), and the consumption is at your expense. So you have to be ready for anything, in case of very cold weather. (It's not for everyone). Nevertheless, on summer Thursday evenings and some Saturday evenings, noise pollution (light) can be perceived following the events of the Rockerill (Neighbor), earplugs for extreme sensitivity are provided. ------------------ We are in the heart of the industrial architecture site and views of the slag heaps.
