With great views of the 12th fairway and green on the Ocean Point Golf Links, this home offers modern conveniences for a relaxing stay. Spread out and enjoy a primary suite on both the upper and lower levels; 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths provide space for up to 10 guests. You will find a total of 3 bedrooms on the entry-level. The primary bedroom on this level is a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, both have their own ensuite vanity and toilet and share a shower/tub combo in Jack and Jill style. This level offers a laundry room and common area which opens out to a screened porch overlooking the golf course with plenty of space for the entire family. The open-concept upper level offers a large living room, vaulted ceiling, dining area, and kitchen; ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen with a wine fridge is a cook's delight. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining room or out on the upper deck overlooking the golf course. The upper-level master bedroom is a king ensuite with a double vanity and a multi-head spa shower. Also on this level, a quiet study provides a nice space to get that remote work done, or just slip away to read a book. When you are ready to head out you can choose the short walk to the beach or hop in your 4-seater golf cart (included with rental) to explore the Island. You are just minutes from island dining, golf, tennis, the marina, and of course those beautiful Fripp beaches!
