Please note that we are not from the front desk, hence check-in is not through the counter. 2. Any deposit refund via bank transfer will take 2-3 working days. 3. Our office hour is closed after 9 pm. If you need any assistance, we are happy to assist you the next morning after 10 am. 4. Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms. RM100 fine for room smokers. 5. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room or to the Hotel premises caused by you or any persons in your group (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. We reserve the right to debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion. 6.
