MY PROPERTY Welcome to this modern and comfortable apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. LIVING ROOM You'll find a sofa bed equipped with two mattresses to accommodate up to 2 people. A TV with access to Netflix is at your disposal (Login to your own account required), as well as free WIFI KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need: - Hotplates - Oven - Fridge, Freezer - Various kitchen utensils BEDROOM The bedroom includes a double bed for two people, a closet. BATHROOM Equipped with towel, washing machine, drying rack and iron EXTRA COMFORT Removable air conditioning is available as an extra, upon request. For organizational, safety and insurance reasons, all reservations must indicate the exact number of people staying in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance (e.g. number of guests not declared or greater than that indicated) access to the accommodation may be refused, unless previously agreed Safety & Rules The building is secured by a video surveillance system at the entrance and in the corridors.
