Enjoy this MIDDLE level flat of a home built in 1924. This studio has a living space with a full kitchen and a full bathroom. The bed is in what would be the dining room. There is a desk with a printer/scanner/copier. Because of the age of the home, the suite is small and has squeaky floors (YOU WILL HEAR GUESTS upstairs and downstairs if the either flat is booked). The 4 stairs to the flat are narrow and steep. 15-min walk from downtown Plymouth. 20-min drive to the airport. PLEASE READ BELOW! The space The updated studio is 475 square feet. It is the MIDDLE level flat of a home built in 1924 that has 3 floors – upper, middle and basement. Each floor is a separate space with a lockable door to access the space. As mentioned before, the ceilings squeak when people in the flat above the studio move around. While the outside access is shared with the basement suite, this space is for your exclusive use. The lockable door to access the flat is at the top of 4 stairs. The basement suite has a separate lockable door at the bottom of the stairs. The living space has a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are available to enjoy a meal. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, and blender available for use. The living space has a couch, a chair and a smart TV. Netflix and Amazon Prime are provided. There is no network or cable TV, ‘cause who wants to watch all those commercials anyway. The bedroom area has a queen-size bed. The full bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub combination. A hairdryer is available for use. There is a shared washer and dryer available for use. The house is on a busy two-way road and located 2 blocks from an active train crossing. You will hear train horns during your stay. At times, the train passes by 2 – 3 times per night. Guest access There is a dedicated driveway for your use. The entire studio is for your use. And there is a shared washer and dryer in the basement that you can also use. Also, there is an outdoor grill and patio that is shared with other guests.
