Unit is part of a Condotel. The space Unit is about 34 sq. meters Other things to note Minimum of two (2) nights stay. Unit is good up to two (2) main guests (adults) and 2 minors (11 years old and below - free of charge) without breakfast. Additional fee of PhP1,200 per adult shall be charged by the Hotel in excess of the two (2) main guests. Said fee already includes breakfast. UPDATE on new hotel policy: Guests to shoulder a one time payment of Housekeeping Fees amounting to Php 2,500.00 for the entire stay and shall be collected by the Hotel upon check-in. Cleaning Fees, upon request, shall have corresponding charges amounting to Php 750.00 per day and shall be collected by the Hotel.
