A beautifully spacious 4 bedroom villa with breathtaking views over a stunning lake, which is located in the peaceful conservation development of Sandy Ridge. The villa is south facing and has an amazing fully screened, heated private swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned with games room, wireless internet and is a home-from-home. Located 3 minutes from the I-4, just 20-30 minutes from Disney and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and superb golfing facilities. The space Guests have access to the whole villa and private pool area, which offers both spacious accommodation and relaxation. The views over the lake are stunning and many of our guests return year after year to indulge in the peace and tranquillity that our lovely holiday home provides. Pool heat is included in the cost but not needed or used during July-August. Other things to note Our villa is our holiday home, however there are many residents on Sandy Ridge, therefore we do request that all guests respect this and keep noise levels to a minimum. We do not allow parties and expect guests to adhere to this.
