The villa is spread over two floors and has four bathrooms, one of which is external, five bedrooms and a kitchen. From the furnished patio, along a staircase, you reach the entrance where there is a large open space that houses the dining room, the newly built kitchen, the living area furnished with sofas, the bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom. The lower floor houses the remaining four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with French beds, served by two bathrooms complete with all amenities. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a television. To enrich everything there is a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the house, which is surrounded by a lush green garden with numerous relaxation areas equipped with deck chairs, sofas and table with chairs. The villa has an additional bathroom outside and a private barbecue that will brighten up summer evenings. Villa Flem has private indoor parking. Guest access The property has completely independent access to ensure the guest maximum confidentiality and privacy. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one-off). If necessary, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, at an additional cost of €15 per person. - Domestic animals Pets are welcome in our villa and are subject to a surcharge. It is mandatory to indicate its presence at the time of booking. Any animals not previously communicated may not be accepted or may result in a request for an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid cars using the sockets of the house or common areas, which are not designed for this use. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
